What Do You Need to Submit?
To complete the challenge, create a brief outline of your campaign using a loom video, flowchart, Word document, or other descriptive format to showcase your strategy and execution.

Terms and Conditions for Q1 2025 Marketing Challenge
Eligibility:

Participants must sign up using the provided form, like the LinkedIn post announcing the challenge, and follow the organizer on LinkedIn to be eligible.

The challenge is open to individuals aged 18 or older. Employees, contractors, or affiliates of Inbound Optimization and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

No purchase is necessary to enter or win.
Submission Requirements:

Entries must include a marketing campaign outline showcasing the use of all specified HubSpot features. Submissions can be in the form of a LinkedIn video, flowchart, Word document, or similar format.

Submissions must be received by [insert deadline]. Late entries will not be considered.

By submitting an entry, participants grant Inbound Optimization the right to share, showcase, or promote the submission for marketing or promotional purposes.
Prize:

The winner will receive a custom-designed branded email template. The time allocated for creating this template is limited to 3 hours of development work. Additional development time beyond this limit may be subject to additional charges, which will be agreed upon before any work is undertaken.

Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other items.
Selection of Winner:

The winner will be chosen based on creativity, execution, and the effective use of the listed HubSpot features.

The selection will be made by a panel of judges or via public voting, as determined by the organizer. The organizer’s decision is final and binding.

The winner will be notified via email or LinkedIn message by 2/14/25.
General Conditions:

Inbound Optimization reserves the right to disqualify any participant who violates these terms or engages in fraudulent or inappropriate behavior.

The organizer reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the challenge if unforeseen circumstances arise.

By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless Inbound Optimization, its affiliates, and employees from any liability related to participation in the challenge or acceptance and use of the prize.

This challenge is governed by the laws of the State of California.
